Terms

Last updated 30 August 2026 · KCboost, Kansas City, MO

What these cover

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for paid work. If you hire KCboost, the scope, price and terms of that engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.

The figures on this site are estimates

The work order calculator applies published industry benchmarks to the two numbers you enter. It is a thinking tool, not a forecast, and it is not a promise of any result. Your real figures may be higher or lower, and the site says as much next to the total.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, savings or business outcome.

The chat assistant

The assistant is software. It is helpful and it is sometimes wrong. It is trained on the content of this site, but it can misstate a price or a detail. Anything it tells you about scope or cost is informal, and only a written quote is binding.

It cannot book work, take payment or enter into an agreement on anyone's behalf.

Pricing

Prices shown here are current at the date above and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quote.

The call audit

The call audit is offered free and carries no obligation. It involves calling your business's publicly listed number as an ordinary customer would, and those calls may be recorded. Recordings and the resulting report are shared with you and are not published or given to anyone else.

If you would rather not be called, do not request one, or say so and it will not happen.

Content

The writing, design and code on this site belong to KCboost. Quote it, link to it, send it to somebody. Do not republish it as your own.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, KCboost is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information on this website. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the written agreement for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
