The short version

This site collects two things: what you type into the contact form, and what you type into the chat assistant. There is no advertising network on this site, no tracking pixels, no analytics account, and no cookies set for marketing.

The contact form

When you fill in the form, your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message are sent to dalton@kcboost.com by email. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service, and the message passes through their systems on the way.

It lands in a normal inbox and is kept the way any business email is kept, so it stays until it is deleted. If you want yours deleted, ask and it will be.

The chat assistant

The assistant on this page sends what you type to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. Conversations are not stored by KCboost, are not tied to your name, and are not used to build a profile of you.

One thing worth knowing, because Google says it plainly and so should we: on the free tier that this site currently uses, prompts and responses may be reviewed by Google and used to improve their models. Do not type anything into the chat box that you would not want a stranger to read. Use the contact form or email for anything sensitive.

The calculator

The trade and the two numbers you enter into the work order are used in your browser to do arithmetic. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you press the button that puts the result into the contact form and you then submit it.

Hosting

The site runs on Vercel. Like any web host, their servers record standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and for keeping the site up. KCboost does not use that data for marketing.

What is never done

• Your information is never sold.
• Your information is never given to a data broker or an advertising network.
• You will not be added to a newsletter for filling in the form. If you get an email, it is a reply from a person.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. There is no form for this. Email dalton@kcboost.com and say what you want.

Children

This is a service for businesses. The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
